Refunds and Exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return, if applicable and the order is not getting fulfilled from a 3rd party. Refunds and returns are not guaranteed.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or follow the instructions on your order slip.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with further steps. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method within 15 business days or in the form of an online gift card for store credit. We are unable to process refunds to any other account or card except for the original method of payment.
Exchanges are not permitted as most items are created just for you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
